So the question remains why addressing the Navi-volume only functions for the Media player and not the TTS player on your device. The "Media/Navigation audio" option should after my recent changes for Android 6 and up specify the "Navigation" use case to the system, which on devices not having a dedicated navigation volume setting I observe falling back to "Media"."Notification audio" should be the "Notification" volume slider, which your device does not seem to offer, so maybe it simply gets re-routed to media."Phone call audio" ("Wie Anrufe") should work via volume "Ruftonlaustärke", maybe your device does not support it because our code primarily handles the case where OsmAnd runs on a separate device and tries to interrupt the BT-connected car stereo simulating an incoming phone call.
We are using the deprecated method setVolumeControlStream to assign the volume setting, but that should not cause the issue here.
